Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 14, 2026

This policy explains what personal information Digital Abundance Coaching collects, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what choices you have. Plain language, no fine print.

1. Who we are

This site is operated by Noah's Ark Ascension Services, LLC, a limited liability company organized in Wisconsin, doing business as Digital Abundance Coaching (“we,” “us,” “our”). This policy applies to digitalabundancecoaching.com and to the coaching services we provide.

Questions about this policy or your information: noah@digitalabundancecoaching.com.

2. Information you give us

We only collect what you choose to give us:

3. Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our host records standard technical information when you visit: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and the time of your visit. This is used for security and to keep the site running.

Our site loads typography from Google Fonts. This means your IP address is transmitted to Google when a page loads.

We do not use analytics software, advertising pixels, or any third-party tracking tools.

4. How we use your information

We do not use your information to make decisions about you, and we do not profile you.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We have never sold it and we do not plan to. We share it only with the service providers that make this business run:

ServiceWhat it handlesWhat it receives
NetlifyWebsite hosting and contact formTechnical visit data; contact form submissions
MailchimpEmail list and deliveryYour email address and interest selections
CalendlySession schedulingName, email, booking details
StripePayment processingPayment and billing information
Google FontsWebsite typographyYour IP address on page load

Each of these companies has its own privacy policy governing what they do with that information. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.

6. Confidentiality of coaching sessions

What you share in a session stays between us. We do not disclose the contents of coaching conversations to anyone.

One thing to be clear about: financial coaching is not a legally privileged relationship the way attorney-client or doctor-patient communication is. We treat your information as confidential as a matter of practice and ethics, but that is a commitment we make, not a legal privilege that would protect it from a court order.

7. Cookies

We do not set advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may set essential cookies required for the site to function and to prevent spam form submissions.

8. How long we keep your information

9. Your choices and your rights

Email noah@digitalabundancecoaching.com and we'll respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.

Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may have additional rights under those laws. Residents of the UK and EU may have rights under the UK GDPR and GDPR. In all cases, contact us at the address above.

10. Security

Our site is served over HTTPS, and the providers listed above maintain their own security practices. No method of transmitting information over the internet is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security — but we don't store payment details, and we keep collected information to a minimum on purpose.

11. Children

This site and these services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we use your information will be communicated to our email list.
